DOWN by the SEA in PCB, Pool, short walk to Beach

Bring the family and come relax down by the sea at our 2BR/1.5Ba 2 story townhouse located across the street from one of the 11 pools and is a short 10 min walk or 3 min golf cart ride to the private gated beach access which has a gulf side pool, restaurant, and restroom facilities. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can cook meals or grill outside on the large patio. We are located inside a gated community that is close to everything. Sleeps 6 with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and twin bunks. The space RENTER MUST BE 21 YEARS OR OLDER TO BOOK; PROOF OF AGE WILL BE REQUIRED. After booking you will be required to provide a photo of valid Identification to verify you are a minimum of 21 years old. Upon check in all adults are required to provide valid id along with rental agreement details to check in and be allowed on resort property. Failure to provide this information will result in your party not being allowed on resort property. The guest who books the property is required to be in person for the entirety of the stay. Guests are asked to follow all house and resort rules posted inside the unit. Any violation of said rules may result in forfeiture of all monies and be ejected from the unit and resort property. After booking the property you will be required to fill out a damage waiver and provide a valid credit card to put on file in to cover any damages that may occur during your stay. This damage waiver will be emailed to you after booking; it will need to be completed, signed and returned prior to your arrival. If this competed, signed damage waiver is not received prior to your arrival then you will not be able to check in or allowed on resort property; therefore forfeiting your reservation and all monies paid. Proximity cards are required to access and open all gates on the resort property. Upon check in you will find two proximity cards on the bar for your use. These cards are placed inside waterproof lanyards with the unit number and our contact info to help you keep track of them. Do not lose these two Proximity cards! You will be charged a $50 replacement fee for each card that is lost or not found in the unit upon your check out. Also you will not be able to go in or out the gates without the proximity cards. Our townhouse is located directly across the street from one of the 11 pools and a short 8 min walk to the private beach access, the free on site 18 hole putt-putt course or newly renovated pickle ball courts; putt-putt clubs/balls are located inside the unit for your use. The resort has an on site gym and two child play areas. Private gated beach access with beach side pool, restroom facilities, beach showers and newly remodeled restaurant. Two story townhouse contains 1 king master and 1 guest room with 1 queen bed and twin bunks with a shared hallway tub/shower combo bathroom located on the 2nd floor. Half bath is located downstairs next to the fully stocked kitchen where you can prepare and cook all your own meals. There is a 6 person dining room table and 2 bar stools. Comfy sofa and loveseat are situated in the living room for ultimate relaxation and a smart TVs are located in the living room and guest room. Master bedroom balcony overlooks the serene community. The back patio contains a dining table with seating for 6 , a gas grill and a storage box containing beach chairs, umbrella, beach wagon and sand toys. There is a full size washer and dryer located in the laundry room off the back patio. There are two dedicated parking spaces for your vehicles that is located in front of the townhouse; they are marked 113. We are located inside Gulf Highlands Beach Resort which is conveniently located to multiple restaurants and attractions. We do have golf cart rental availability for $40 per night; will need to request this rental upon booking and I will confirm if available. We also have onsite golf cart rentals at the HOA office for $65 per day which can be set up after check in. A starter pack of amenities will be provided to include 2 rolls of TP for each bathroom, 1 body wash/shampoo/conditioner in each full bathroom, 3 dishwasher pods, 3 laundry pods, 1 roll of paper towels, 3 trash bags and 1 small bottle of dishwashing liquid with sponge. Guest access Entire home, front, back yard, all common areas to include 11 pools, putt-putt coarse, pickle ball/tennis courts, private gated beach access/restaurant. Other things to note We do have several golf carts for rent during your stay at $40 per day. Please ask about the golf cart upon booking and I will let you know if one is available. Anyone over 18 can drive this golf cart with a signed waiver and copy of valid ID. Golf cart is not street legal so it can only be driven inside the resort.
