Welcome to this nice and well maintained villa with private pool a few minutes walk from Long beach. The space Living room/kitchen: sofa group, Smart TV, fan, AC, fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, water cooler. Bedroom 1: double bed, wardrobe, workplace, fan, AC. Bedroom 2: double bed, wardrobe, fan, AC Bathroom: shower, toilet, sink. Terrace/garden: pool, outdoor shower, deckchairs, sitting area, dining area, deckchairs. Other: wifi with fiber, safety box. Sheets and towels are provided in double bed to the number of beds. Weekly cleaning is included. It is possible to book a cot and high chair for 300 thb per night. Electricity and water are not included in the price, you pay for how much you consume. The electricity costs 8 THB / kwh and water THB 50 / cbm. We read of electricity and water together when you check in and out. You can be up to 8 people in a minibus, but we recommend a maximum of 6 people with lugage. We also have child chairs and seat cushions if desired.
