The rooms is newly furnished and facing north to catch sunrise built on the beachfront of Sitio Gaoa, Brgy.Balaoi, Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte,Philippines. It is situated along the barangay road, 1.5 kms away from Maharlika Highway (AH26). There are 2 rooms available with private comfort room, bidet, shower, lavatory and trash bin. The space The property is a three story modern-native house with 4 rooms and a patio facing the beach at the second floor intended for rent. The first floor is a private area for the owner and the third floor is a private karaoke area and mini-gym. Guest access Guest may access our communal space which includes free parking space good for 5 vehicles, a patio overlooking the beach and a beach cottage with 1 hammock and tables where you can eat and relax. For dinning, guest may bring their food or pre-order meals.
