This peaceful house offers a relaxing and comfortable stay for families or groups of friends. Guests can enjoy a heated pool from April to September with sunbathing, Nordic bath, a game room (air hockey), a private garden that is not overlooked. The house is quietly located in Saint Saëns, in the Normandy countryside, with the Eawy forest 5 minutes away, the city of Rouen and Dieppe beach 30 minutes away. The city of Saint Saëns offers you a range of shops, restaurants, activities (golf...) 5 minutes away The space This is a 130 m² house that includes: - On the ground floor: A large living room with a large table for 12 people and a convertible corner sofa with a 140 cm bed as well as a fully equipped open kitchen, A private game room with air hockey (4 players) and a dart game, A bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, connected TV, A shower room and A laundry room with a washing machine, clothes rack, high chair, ... - Upstairs: A large bedroom with a 160 cm wide double bed, connected TV, a baby cot, 2 bedrooms each with two single beds, A bathroom with a double sink, a bathtub and a shower, A desk and a 140 cm sofa bed on the landing. Outside you have a private enclosed area with 2 m high privacy screen and not overlooked, as well as a swimming pool (heated from beginning of April to end of September) with sliding terrace, lockable, sunbathing, Nordic bath, terrace with tables, chair and barbecue, and garden. All facing south. At your arrival the beds are made and the bath towels are provided. Pool towels are not provided. Check-in and checkout times are flexible to be determined on a case-by-case basis. Guest access everything is private for you Other things to note The cottage is for 12 people, no additional people are allowed to come even during the day without our consent. Any guest who does not respect this will be reported to Airbnb and an additional fee will be charged. During your stay we keep access to the outdoor area for the pool and the robot mower in case of need as well as the possible picking of fruits. This will always be agreed upon with you beforehand.
