The space Enjoy the homey and completely private third floor located within the hosts’ old victorian home with plenty of space to work or relax. Featuring a studio layout with a california king bed and daybed with trundle, this charming space can sleep four. Upon entering, you’ll be welcomed into the full kitchen stocked with essentials; including a full size fridge, oven/stove, microwave, toaster oven, keurig and all necessities to fulfill your cooking or baking needs. To the right of the kitchen area you will find the bathroom equipped with a soaker tub accompanied by complimentary bath bombs, soaking salts and toiletries. *PLEASE NOTE THAT DUE TO SLOPED WALLS THERE IS NO STANDING SHOWER SPACE. IT IS A TUB ONLY.* To the left of the kitchen is the dining area as well as walk-in wardrobe room that doubles as a reading nook. Here you can house all your luggage and unpack your closet, or indulge in some light reading. The living area hosts an oversized sofa, california king bed and day bed with an additional single bed accessed by the pop-up trundle underneath. Watch a movie on the smart TV equipped with Netflix and Disney+, or play one of the many board games provided. A Super Nintendo Classic is also available for any avid gamers. Fall asleep to the sounds of waves, rain or any of the additional preferences found on the sound machine provided on the nightstand. When it comes to local things to do or see, the Erie Canal is just a short walk down the street along with a scenic bike path that can be followed down to the Niagara River. In town you can find a wine and spirit store as well as a pharmacy and a variety of eateries; all within a 3 minute drive away or a 15 minute walk. For peace of mind, a hospital is located one block away. The main expressway is a short 4 minute drive away and can connect you to all of the greater Buffalo and Niagara Falls areas. Guest access Two off street parking spots will be available for guests in the driveway shared with the hosts. The guest entrance is completely private and allows for self check in with a personal code. Please note this is a third floor space via private stairs and keypad entry.
