It is a very private experience - access is through dual electronic gates and a large carport extra high for a caravan or large boat driveway. circular driveway with parking for up to 6 cars (2 undercover) all off-street and secure. Plus outside on-street parking ‘Lasabal’ is ideally appointed for carefree escapes with a family-friendly appeal. Pets are welcome subject to confirmation from us and acceptance of the terms for their stay - see “other things to know” page Interconnecting living and dining areas with sofas, 8 seater dining area and a 65-inch smart TV - all the necessities for un-winding. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a 90cm oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, air-fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle and sandwich press. Dual sets of sliding glass doors open to an enviable outdoor oasis. With an alfresco sofa suite, outdoor dining table and hot jacuzzi/spa, the setting offers a slice of paradise to laze in front of the wood heater with a glass of local wine as dinner sizzles on the barbecue and the kids make a splash in the solar heated, lagoon-shaped ‘rock pool’, surrounded by tropical foliage. With an oversized master bedroom with a king bed, dressing room, balconies and ensuite, a queen room, 2 junior bedrooms (with 2 x king singles and 1 x single plus a triage bunk with 1 x single and 1 x double), the 4 bedroom retreat is superbly set up for dual families.
