Enjoy the spectacular ocean views, open up the windows and feel the great breeze from the ocean! At night, enjoy falling asleep to the sound of the waves! In the morning, enjoy your favorite drink on the balcony, enjoying the sunrise over the ocean! Then plan a day at the beach or the surrounding attractions. 2 night minimum. Best for a couple or 3 guest. Cleaning fee is $70 (we take all Covid-19 precautions). Condo is located on the 8th floor in the Playa Azul 2 complex in Luquillo, Puerto Rico. 1 bedroom (queen bed), living room (sofa, recliner, and air mattress in the closet), 1 bathroom, kitchen, and balcony. Condo also has a washer and dryer, iron and board, hair dryer, beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, boogie boards, fishing rods, etc. Cable TV and High Speed Internet. Air conditioner and ceiling fan in the bedroom. No air conditioner in the living room. 2 Ceiling fans and a strong breeze cools of the living room area. The condo is in a gated community with friendly and accommodating 24 hrs. security guards. Recreational amenities includes, a swimming pool, kid's pool, basketball, handball/racketball, tennis court, playground, and direct access to the beach. Welcome to our home, Casa Perla! Condo has direct access to a beautiful beach with clear waters. A 3 min. drive, there are the Kioskos. The Kioskos are approx. 60 different places to eat drink and buy souvenirs. Most restaurants have indoor and outdoor seating with beautiful beach views. The Rainforest, El Yunque is also nearby. Luquillo, Puerto Rico is one the best areas on the Island! You can get a taxi or uber from the airport to the condo, but I would recommend renting a car. With the car rental you can easily travel to and from the airport and explore Puerto Rico.
