The space Down by the Riverside, a semi-detached property is modern, brights and airy with a large open plan kitchen / lounge, wood burner and double doors leading straight onto the patio. Next door is a separate annexe that is sometimes let and sometimes occupied by the property owners. Upstairs the are two double bedrooms, a cosy single bedroom and a full bathroom. There is also a WC downstairs and a large porch for muddy boots. Outside the front of the property there is a raised flower bed and a shared, block paving driveway where you can safely park your cars off road. At the rear of the house there is a pretty, south-facing garden with flower beds, small water feature, a cherry tree and a swing chair. On the patio there are table and chair,s and a BBQ, perfect for a summer's evening. This space is for your sole use. Explore the delightful shops, pubs, and restaurants in Blandford that are all an easy 5 minute walk away. Tesco, M&S Foodhall, Morrisons and Co-Op are all within walking distance along with later opening convenience stores. The river is a short walk down to the meadows which is a public open space with picnic benches and a circular walking route. The property is in a quiet, residential street with friendly neighbours. Guest access The house and patio leading into the garden are exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. The gate to the left of the front is the private access to the annexe and their garden next door. Other things to note * NO PARTIES/EVENTS We love a party but we also love our neighbours and do not want to upset them with loud music or parties - sorry! No drugs are to be consumed in or on the property. This is a quiet area from 10pm until 8am. * NO PETS ALLOWED Unfortunately our home is not suitable to accommodate pets. * NO SMOKING OR VAPING INDOORS Please do not smoke or vape inside the house. Any smells from smoking or vaping will incur charges for odour removal and furniture cleaning. Drugs are not to be consumed on the property. *NO SLEEPING ON THE SOFA All sleeping must be done in the beds. Sleeping on the sofa is not permitted. Please do not bring air mattresses for extra guests. *PLEASE LEAVE YOUR SHOES IN THE PORCH Bring your slippers and get cosy. Heating The house heating is set between 19 and 21 degrees with additional heating available in the lounge. For fire safety reasons portable heating devices are not allowed. **No car charging - there are super fast chargers at M&S 200 metres away and plenty of others in town. *NO COUNCIL OR ASSOCIATION BOOKINGS We want you to have an amazing time and are more than happy to assist / discuss with you any specific needs.
