Hawthorn Barn

Hawthorn Barn has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is fully insulated with underfloor heating for the limestone floor and the advantage of a wood burning stove to ensure complete comfort during your visit. Please bring your own kiln dried logs. The Barn is completely separate from the house affording a high degree of privacy. Please note that we are unable to accept children under 16 yrs old. We are always available to help with local recommendations. Enjoy! The space Hawthorn Barn has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed with bathroom en suite and the other bedroom a standard double. There is a good sized shower room also. The main living area is open plan as you can see from the photographs. The whole is heated by underfloor heating which warms the limestone floor. There is a proper kitchen and dining area whilst the main living area has a comfortable sofa and three easy chairs, a smart television and soundbar. There is a log burner for chillier nights if you wish. We hope we have provided all that you will need but if you feel anything is missing then just give us a shout! Please note that due to the large deep pond in the garden we cannot accommodate children under 16 or animals for safety reasons. Other things to note There is a lawned garden in front of the barn which is yours to use as you wish. Our Summer House is on the left hand side of this lawned area which we do need to access occasionally but when guests are staying we keep this to a minimum so that your stay is private. Hawthorn Barn is all on one level however there are steps to gain access. If you wish to know whether it might be suitable for those with more limited mobility please do message us and together we can ascertain if it can cater for your needs.
