You will be required to put 2 wheels on the curb directly in front of the property. This is standard on our street though may seem strange for people coming from outside the city. *** Roofdeck: We do not allow people on the roofdeck after 9pm due to potential for neighbor disturbances. This is monitored closely and will be enforced. If we receive a neighbor complaint due to people on the roofdeck after this time, regulations require us to evict you without refund. *** Pets: While we do enjoy hosting your pet on our property, the type permitted is at our discretion and there is a $65.00 (before airbnb's fee/taxes) pet fee . ***House Rules: 1) If you, your group, or reservation details are comprised of one or more of the following, we kindly ask that you send a property inquiry PRIOR TO BOOKING to avoid cancelation.
