Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but no one lives on site 24/7. Please keep in mind that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation is confirmed through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed. For guests with no reviews / negative reviews / unverified profiles. please note we do require a $500 USD Refundable damage deposit to be paid. The refundable security deposit will be refunded after check-out (granted that there are no missing items, damages, etc. to our home after your stay). Please note there are exterior security video cameras capable of recording when motion facing front at the doorbell for the safety of the owner possessions and ours travelers. -There is a keyless entry to the home and a code will be provided to you after you book with us. -No parties are allowed and no smoking inside. -Smoking inside will be subjected to a $500 fee and guests will not be welcome back.
