Derek and Alex welcome you to Haven House in Hanwell village. Our house has direct walking access to the countryside. We are offering a sunny bedroom with king size bed, en-suite shower, toilet and basin, tea and espresso-making facilities, and ultra-fast wifi. We also have a lovely garden area with seating where smoking is permitted. Continental breakfast with tea and quality espresso provided in the dining area. Please note, we have two friendly Labrador dogs and an equally friendly cat. The space Haven House borders Hanwell Castle and was built in the 1930s. It occupies a prime spot in the village for easy walking access to the countryside and our beautiful 13th Century church. We are also just 3 minutes walk from our local gastro pub, the Moon & Sixpence. Haven House is within easy striking distance of the Cotswolds region with its cluster of historic villages and selection of distilleries and breweries, and just 35 minutes from Stratford-Upon-Avon and Silverstone race track. Guest access Our listing is for the en-suite room only and the garden with seated patio, plus continental breakfast downstairs. Guests are welcome to smoke in the garden area. Other things to note We are just 35 minutes drive from Silverstone race track and 7 minutes from Cropredy village and its annual Cropredy Folk Festival. We are also just 7 minutes from popular wedding venue Hadsham Farm and can drop off and pick up guests for £30. Banbury railway station and Jnct 11 on the M40 are just 8 minutes away.
