Adjacent to the bed is a functional kitchenette, equipped with essential appliances including a microwave, electric kettle, and a convenient countertop for meal preparation or casual dining. The compact dining area, with its sleek bar stools, provides an intimate space for meals or working remotely. For relaxation and entertainment, the unit includes a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, allowing you to unwind with your favorite shows or movies. PAID PARKING (Outside Premises) •There is also a paid parking lot (not owned by Mesaverte Residences) outside the premises, conveniently located in front of the Corrales extension entrance (back entrance), at ₱100 per night. Heads up: You will need to walk a few minutes from the condo to this parking lot. FREE COMMON PARKING (In front of the lobby) •Good for 3 hours only (conveniently for visitors). •Parking outside the designated hours will incur a penalty fee of ₱500, as per condo policy. •Admin is strict with this rule, so we recommend adhering to the common parking schedule. •There is a free parking for motorcylces at 7/11 **Please do know that the WiFi connection is not yet fiber internet as the MesaVerte building only has cable internet connection available as of the moment.
