Year-round house with its own shoreline

Naterek - a year-round house by the lake with a private pier and beach in Naterki near Olsztyn. We invite you to a new year-round house located in a charming place on the shores of Lake Świętajno Naterskie, covered by a silence zone. Here you will surely relax listening to the birds singing, fishing, enjoying the peace and quiet. It is a great place for active recreation or carefree lounging. The space The house is designed for 6 people and is located 53 m from the lake on a fenced plot (1400m2). It consists of three bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. In two bedrooms there are double beds (160x200) and in one bedroom there are two single beds (80x200) with comfortable double-sided (soft and hard side) mattresses. Each bedroom has a wardrobe with hangers and a dresser. In the living room there is a corner sofa, coffee table, oak table for 6 people, TV and stereo, air conditioning. In the fully equipped kitchen, we have a fridge, dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, cutlery, pots, dishes, and a pan. In addition to the bathroom with shower and toilet, there is a second toilet and a washing machine in the utility room. We provide large and small towels, bed linen, liquid soap, toilet paper, and cleaning products. On the roofed terrace there are two comfortable garden sofas and a table. Guests have access to deckchairs, garden furniture, an umbrella and a rowing boat with anchors and vests, 3 bicycles. On the plot there is a smokehouse, barbecue, fire pit, wood in the shed. On the beach, there is a mini volleyball or badminton court. The house is open all year round and is equipped with gas heating. It is a great starting point for exploring the surrounding attractions such as the golf course (500 m), the Forest Arboretum in Kudypy (3.7 km), the Sanctuary and the Warmia Tavern in Gietrzwałd (12 km), the Tavern in Stodoła in Tomaszków (3 km), the Warmia Klimaty Restaurant (700 m) and Olsztyn (12 km) where we recommend the Warmia Chapter Castle, the beautiful Old Town, the Museum of Nature, the Parrot House, the Planetarium and the Astronomical Observatory.
