Year-round house with its own shoreline

Naterek - a year-round house by the lake with a private pier and beach in Naterki near Olsztyn. We invite you to a new year-round house located in a charming place on the shores of Lake Świętajno Naterskie, covered by a silence zone. Here you will surely relax listening to the birds singing, fishing, enjoying the peace and quiet. It is a great place for active recreation or carefree lounging. The space The house, designed for 6 people, is located 53 m from the lake on a fenced plot (1400 m2) and consists of three bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and a terrace with a beautiful view of the lake. Two bedrooms have double beds (160x200), and one bedroom has two single beds (80x200) with comfortable reversible mattresses (soft and firm sides). Each bedroom has a wardrobe with hangers and a dresser. In the living room, there is a corner sofa, a coffee table, an oak table for 6 people, a TV, a stereo system, and air conditioning. In the fully equipped kitchen, there is a refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker for both whole bean and ground coffee, electric kettle, toaster, a set of cutlery, pots, dishes, and a pan. In addition to the bathroom with a shower and toilet, there is a second toilet and a washing machine in the utility room. We provide large and small towels, bedding, liquid soap, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. On the covered terrace, there are two comfortable garden couches and a table. Guests have access to deck chairs, garden furniture, an umbrella, a rowboat with anchors and life jackets, and 4 bicycles. On the property, there is a smokehouse, a grill, a fire pit, and wood in a shed. There is a mini court for volleyball or badminton on the beach. The house is open year-round and is also equipped with gas heating. It is a great starting point for exploring the surrounding attractions, such as the golf course (500 m), the Forest Arboretum in Kudypy (3.7 km), the Warmia Sanctuary and Tavern in Gietrzwałd (12 km), the Tavern in Stodola in Tomaszkowo (3 km), the Warmińskie Klimaty Restaurant (700 m), and Olsztyn (12 km), where we recommend the Warmia Chapter Castle, the beautiful Old Town, the Natural History Museum, the Parrot Center, the Planetarium, and the Astronomical Observatory.
