Kids are also allowed to play at the mini playground during your stay with us! You may find lots of restaurants as well as mini markets within a short 5 minutes walk. We have a 7-Eleven below the building. There is also an Authentic Korean Fried Chicken shop which you can find at the mall just below our Lobby. The brand new cafe, sky bar, Italian restaurant, japanese restaurant is a must visit for guests above our building at level 43. If you are not driving, you may conveniently take “grab” from our apartment. Our location is exactly at Malacca Town and moving around will be easy. Popular tourists spots such as Jonker Walk/Portuguese Settlement/Mahkota Parade can be reached within 5-15mins (depending on traffic conditions) We are just 1 minute drive away from Mahkota Medical Centre. Our apartment is perfect for those whohe plan to have a good rest after discharging from the hospital or even families visiting from afar! Other things to note Important issues : * Please whatssappss me a copy of ONE guests : 1. Photo of IC or DRIVING LICENSE (for locals) or PASSPORT(for foreigners) 2. One vehicle car number I will need to fill the visitor form for you and send these documents above to the building management for approval before you arrive! * Guests are only allowed to use the swimming facilities by walk in only with maximum 25 pax per 1 hour session * Swimming pool access would require all guests to wear proper swimming attire *Eating and drinking not allowed in the lobby * Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit. Should traces of smoking be detected upon return of the unit, an RM300.00 charge would be imposed upon the guest. * Please throw your rubbish in the refuse room provided inside of utility room otherwise there will be a fine by the management of this building of RM200
