The space The Prieuré de Chervettes is a 479 m2 property dating from the 18th century, comprising 4 separate accommodations: a main house (225 m²), an adjoining cottage of 100 m2, two independent apartments (50 m² each) located above the garages. The estate is located 10 minutes from Surgères TGV station, 30 minutes from Rochefort and 40 minutes from La Rochelle and its surrounding beaches. Come and recharge your batteries by taking advantage of all the comforts offered by the Prieuré's accommodations and discover the must-see places in the region. The property has a total of 11 bedrooms, 5 equipped kitchens, 5 dining areas, a large living room, 2 bathrooms, 3 shower rooms, 2 bathrooms + shower and 7 toilets.
