The apartment is accessed by walking along an enchanting terracotta loggia overlooking the vineyards. Equipped with a well-equipped rustic Tuscan-style kitchen with appliances, fridge and freezer. In the living room, there is a smart TV, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. An exclusive outdoor space equipped with a gazebo, table, and barbecue is available for guests. Private parking adjacent to the property. Washing machine available in the laundry room on the ground floor. The pool is located in the body of the main building, about 300 meters from the house. Surrounded by greenery and equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas; free towels available. We provide towels and mats for sunbeds at 5 euros per person per stay. Only 1 car can be parked in front of the house. Guest access The house can be reached by car (possibility of parking on site only 1 car) via a private road. For check-in and key collection, please contact the reception located in the main part of the building. It is recommended to arrive by private car.
