18 Anastasia is a modern home positioned on a spacious block. The rise of the block provides a slight view of Blanche Port to the north, brilliant sunsets to the west and often the sound of the rolling surf from Back Beach. If you are a large family or group we can sleep up to 8 people and there is plenty of outdoor space for vehicles. The space Anastasia offers four bedrooms, two living areas and an alfresco dining area. It is equipped with a full kitchen offering a gas cook top, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine and a front loader washing machine. The living area is open plan featuring a stunning earth wall sourced from local natural material. Throughout the living, kitchen and hallway you move on the serene polished concrete so quiet you can not hear a soul. Beneficial self warming and cooling qualities are present with tinted windows to the front and blinds to cover for privacy as required. Ceiling fans are present through out the house with a air-conditioner in the living areas and master bedroom. In the lounge is a slow combustion wood heater. Sliding doors lead you to an outdoor entertaining area. Both living areas have a Smart TV. Wi-Fi is available via the Optus modem provided. There is plenty of open spaces to park vehicles/boat, both at the front and rear of the home. The BBQ and table tennis table are located in the shed along with a retractable cloths line. A pathway from the rear door leads you to a classic cloths line. Extra bed linen will incur an additional charge of $30.00 per linen set. Guest access Guests have access to the house and to the shed. We make available one shed bay for guests. Inside the shed is a BBQ and table tennis table. The owners do store items in the shed and we respectfully ask that you do not engage with these. There is plenty of room between the rear of the house and shed for additional vehicles along with the front of the property.
