Welcome to your next peaceful retreat. The Manoir de la Pallu apartment is a quiet and elegant accommodation within a 17th century manor. It is located just 12 minutes from Caen (Zenith - Palais des Sports), 15 minutes from the Memorial and 25 minutes from our beautiful Normandy beaches. Great place for relaxing moments for two. The space This space promises you a real space of tranquility and independence. The Manor's other spaces will not be occupied by other guests during your stay. It's a real little apartment within the Manor itself. With an area of 35 m², this apartment is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate two additional children in the living room if necessary. Inside, you'll find: - a living room area with a sofa bed and a TV - a small kitchen equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave oven, fridge and Nespresso coffee maker - a night area where the 160 cm double bed faces a most romantic bathtub to enjoy a suspended moment and relax. This room has a private shower room with sink and toilet. You will appreciate the charm and soul of this exceptional place with its neat decoration, which promises you a real feeling of serenity, friendliness and well-being. The estate is currently renovating its other buildings and outdoor spaces. For your baby, we can provide a single travel cot on request. All sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels, toilet paper and garbage bags are provided. To facilitate the start of your stay, we also provide dishwashing liquid, laundry but also sugar, flour, salt, pepper, olive oil and Nespresso pods. Shower products are to be provided by you according to the duration of your stay. Free parking is available in the courtyard adjacent to the Manor. Looking forward to welcoming you and being part of your beautiful Normandy memories. Guest access Your apartment is located on the 1st floor. You will access it via a magnificent period stone staircase. In the entrance, a small cellar where a washing machine, clothes drying rack, ironing board and iron and a second refrigerator are at your disposal, you can also store your luggage there if necessary. Other things to note The estate covers one hectare and is in the heart of the village of Vieux. It consists of the Manor with its outdoor space, a large barn, outdoor spaces under renovation and another beautiful stone building that we live in year-round with my children and husband.
