Other things to note No smoking: Strict no smoking policy for both indoor and outdoor areas. No parties: Parties and events are not allowed. We want to be good neighbors and not disturb anyone around us. Parking: 2 parking spaces in the driveway with ample free street parking available. Heated Pool: Pool heating is available upon request for an additional $120 per day. This fee is not included in the rental rate. To ensure a warm and comfortable swim, please note that the pool takes at least 10-12 hours to reach temperatures above 80°F. For this reason, we kindly ask that you request pool heating in advance, preferably at the time of booking. To maintain the best experience for our guests, all pool equipment, including the heater, is managed exclusively by our team.
