Our family home is an old nursery dating back to 1836. It is located in the heart of Montrevault, an authentic small village of the Mauges with its listed medieval bridge. We offer a family suite with colorful decoration imagined around our passion for plants. Maison la Bien-Aimée will be your "nature" stopover to explore many tourist sites, castles, parks and pretty fishing villages. The space The "Un balcon en forêt" suite is on the 1st floor and consists of 2 bedrooms: - one bedroom (15 m²), for 1–2 people, with a 160 x 200 cm queen size bed (separable on request.) - one bedroom (20 m²), for 3 people, with a queen size bed of 160 x 200 cm (separable on request) and a sleeping area for children/teenagers, with a bed of 80 x 200 cm. Important information: if you use both bedrooms of the suite when booking for 2 people, an extra 20 euros will be requested (extra cleaning fee + linen). A crib is available free of charge in this room for up to 24 months (upon request). Note that the suite is not shared with another group or family, it is exclusively for you! The bathroom is shared by both bedrooms, with 2 sinks, a large shower and a changing table. Breakfast is complimentary, and served in the dining room dedicated to guests, or outside if the weather permits. We are 100 m from a river and provide a canoe (inflatable) for two people per room occupied (deposit required). We are 10 min from the banks of the Loire, 20 min from Ancenis, Cholet, 30 min from Clisson, and 45 min from Nantes and Angers. We are 45 minutes from Puy du Fou! Guest access You have free access to a kitchenette on the ground floor, as well as a barbecue in the garden. Breakfast is complimentary, and served in the guest dining room, or outside if the weather permits. This room is a common area where you can have lunch, read, play, or even work. There is a TV with Netflix. Many relaxation and dining areas are provided in the garden. Canoes and bikes available. During your stay We prefer organic (at least 80%) and/or local products. All hygiene products are from the organic brand Coslys. The laundry available is from the brand Etamine du Lys or Fourmi Verte. Butters, cheeses, breads, teas, coffees and infusions are certified organic and mostly come from local producers. The fruit juice offered at breakfast is fresh and squeezed the same morning. Homemade cakes and pastries are made with organic flour. We select local producers who meet our values, with the desire to make breakfast time a real discovery: use mainly organic products, support the local economy, offer "homemade", all in simplicity... and thus give meaning to the notion of sharing. A space dedicated to selective sorting is offered in the kitchen. (A bin for glass and a bin for cardboard and plastic). There is also a bin in the courtyard for your plant waste only. Other things to note Note: All queen size beds can be separated on request to accommodate groups. You will need to let us know the required configuration for your group or family before your arrival. The suite with its two bedrooms is for your exclusive use, whether you are 2 or 5 people. The price is set in proportion to the number of people occupying it. A supplement of 20 euros will be payable on site in the case of a reservation for 2 people using the 2 bedrooms (cleaning fee + bed linen). a supplement of 5 euros per night is requested if your pet accompanies you. A washing machine is available in the shared kitchen. The rate is €5, laundry included. Possibility to hang your laundry in the courtyard, or to use a dryer (€5 per cycle of an hour and a half) Table d'hôtes and mixed charcuterie and cheese boards are offered.
