With 4 bedrooms 5 bed and 3 full bath, this house is perfect for families or groups, The home is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and we strive to ensure it’s your perfect home away from home and Experience the ultimate vacation at hyggehaus, our property offers a perfect blend of comfort and luxury ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. located right in town and close to it’s accompanying amenities restaurants, lakes, hiking, fishing, boating, water sports, golfing, music events and so much more. Our home is 20 min walking distance to the closest public beach or 2 min drive and 12 min drive to MARA public beach, we’re also near Main Street where the shopping and grocery stores are located. Our home comes with ample living space fully stocked kitchen with basic spices available, Master has king bed and ensuite bathroom and soaker tub and the rest of the bedroom has queens, 1 full bathroom in the hallway and another bathroom in the basement. Provided extra linens, 1 queen air mattress, towels, shower gel and toiletries, we have central heating and cooling. Private sauna and you can do your laundry during your stay. We have a large deck, swim spa, (seasonal swimming pool) outdoor living space, kitchen and dining, outdoor fire pit, games, basketball,trampoline, bikes , Guest can also use beach bag towels and a couple beach chairs and wagon during your stay. Our cozy and modern home offer the perfect retreat for families, couples and groups looking to unwind and reconnect with nature. Guest access Entire property through a shared laneway guest can park in the carport and also have the option to park at the back of the property, providing additional convenience and flexibility during your stay. you will have access to the entire home, good wifi, Netflix, prime, and basic tv (Shaw) patio, outdoor kitchen, swim spa, swimming pool (seasonal), basketball outdoor kitchen and dining, outdoor games , bikes (seasonal), and the surrounding outdoor space all this mention are exclusively for guest, please know that We also live on the property, but rest assured, all guest areas are private, and we do not share any spaces with guests, ensuring your stay is completely independent and undisturbed Other things to note •This home is very special to us, and we’ve worked hard to create a comfortable and welcoming space for you to enjoy. We kindly ask that you treat our home with respect during your stay, as you would your own. • We live onsite and have one dog. During your visit, he will either be tied up near our area or in his kennel, so you won’t be disturbed. During your stay, we won’t interact unless you need assistance. As we value your privacy and want to make sure you have a relaxing time, but if you need anything at all, don’t hesitate to reach out. •We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip in case of unforeseen circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are staying at the property at their own risk and that the host is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that occur during the stay. 2. Property Risks • The guest understands that the property may include inherent risks such as [list specific features, e.g., steep stairs, a swimming pool, hot tub uneven ground, etc.]. The guest agrees to exercise caution and to be responsible for their own safety and the safety of their accompanying guests, including children. 3. Use of Facilities • The guest agrees to use all facilities, including items like the swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, decks, outdoor kitchen, playground, firepit etc.], in a safe and responsible manner. The host shall not be liable for any injuries or accidents that occur as a result of the misuse of these facilities. 4. Supervision of Minors • Guests are responsible for the supervision of all minors at the property. The host shall not be held responsible for any accidents or injuries involving minors that occur during the stay. 5. Security and Personal Belongings • The host is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during the guest’s stay. Guests are advised to lock doors and secure valuables when leaving the property. 6. Damage to Property • The guest agrees to take care of the property and to leave it in the same condition as when they arrived. The guest will be held liable for any damages caused by them or their accompanying guests, whether intentional or accidental. 7. Indemnification • The guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the host from any and all claims, including legal fees, resulting from any injury, loss, or damage to the guest or their accompanying guests during the stay. 8. Emergencies • The guest is responsible for familiarizing themselves with the location of emergency exits, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits. In the event of an emergency, the guest should follow the procedures outlined in the guest manual provided at the property. 9. Pets • The guest acknowledges that they are bringing pets at their own risk and assumes full responsibility for their pets’ behavior. The host is not liable for any injury or damage caused by the pet during the stay. 10.
