We sit next to the walking trails, across from an Event Center, walking distance to the Shops in the Square, sports fields, local restaurants, & across from elderly care housing making our home a convenient place to stay. Lounge on the private patio, soak up the sun, or enjoy outdoor dining in a peaceful, fully fenced backyard. The pool is open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day, with flexibility depending on weather! 🌧️ Rainy Days or Cozy Nights In Rain or shine, enjoy quality time inside playing board games or sharing a meal at the spacious dining table that seats 10-12. Unwind in the living room on cozy furniture while watching your favorite shows on the 65” Roku TV. 🍂 Fall Fun Gather around the fire pit on crisp autumn evenings and catch the big game under the stars. Whether it’s Friday night lights or a backyard hangout, this is the perfect spot for making memories. ❄️ Winter Retreat Stay warm and cozy in a peaceful neighborhood just minutes from local attractions. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire home, including indoor living spaces, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, dining and living areas, as well as the fully fenced backyard, patio, private pool (seasonal), and year-round hot tub. Please note: A portion of the basement and the garage are not accessible to guests. These areas are reserved for owner storage and will remain locked during your stay. The rest of the home and outdoor areas are all yours to enjoy! Other things to note Step into the backyard and feel like you’re in your own private park- perfect for lounging, gathering with friends, or simply soaking up the quiet. Prefer to relax out front? Grab a seat on the front porch and enjoy some peaceful people-watching in a neighborhood where friendly faces wave hello and smiles are the norm. Take advantage of the miles of scenic walking and biking trails that run right next to the house, connecting you to beautiful parks, local shops, and everything else this charming small town has to offer. You’re just a half-mile walk (or quick drive) from the iconic Washington Square shops, known for their unique boutiques and small-town charm. Directly across the street is Five Points, a local event center and health club. Within walking distance, you’ll also find bars, restaurants, markets, schools, and more. It’s a safe, quiet, and welcoming community you’ll love exploring- whether you’re out and about or simply enjoying the view from the porch. Accessibility Note: Please note that there are several steps leading from the driveway to the front door, including a few that are somewhat steep—both on the way up and down. The walk from the driveway to the entrance may feel a bit long for some guests, especially those with mobility challenges. That said, many guests find the walk and steps to be a unique part of the home’s elevated layout, offering a welcoming view of the neighborhood and front yard.
