A fully equipped accommodation opened in July 2024. It can accommodate up to 8 people and is fully equipped with BBQ facilities. (Available for free.) This facility boasts beautiful interiors and a comfortable environment, with all the necessary amenities such as a spacious living room, modern kitchen, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. This is an ideal place to spend special time with your family or friends. Enjoy a relaxing time in a clean and comfortable space. This villa is located about a 5-minute drive from Ajiro Station and a 20-minute drive from Atami Station. There is no supermarket or convenience store near the villa, so please prepare what you need in advance. The living room also has a large internet-enabled TV, and you can use streaming services such as Netflix and Youtube from your own account♪ Next to this facility, across a vacant lot, is a property called ANGO ATAMI 1 that can accommodate 8 people. If you want to stay with a large group, both facilities can be rented (depending on availability) Please contact us individually. The space Accommodation Description On the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms with two double beds, both of which promise a comfortable stay. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub to help you slowly rest from your travels. There is also a laundry room next to the bathroom, so you can stay comfortably even for consecutive nights. 2nd floor It is connected to the living room, including the dining room, where you can relax and watch a large TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery and cooking utensils for you to enjoy a variety of dishes. The loft can be accessed from the dining room and can sleep up to 2 people using futons. You can enjoy BBQ for free at the outdoor dining area and have a special time. Amenities include: - Bath towels - Face towels -Slippers Shampoo Conditioner - Body soap are available. If you need anything that is not listed above, we will not be able to provide it. Please bring your own. Kitchen utensils include basic dishes, cutlery, pots, and glasses. For hygienic reasons, no condiments are provided. (Salt, pepper, oil, etc. are listed as amenities due to Airbnb specifications. Please note that they are not actually available. Guest access You can use the entire room as if it were your own! Please relax to your heart's content!! You can come and go freely 24 hours a day. * Please be quiet in the room. Other things to note About personal information We will not leak, provide to a third party, sell, or share any personal information we receive without the owner's permission. We will only submit your personal information if we are legally required to do so by the police or administrative agencies that enforce laws and ordinances. Please note that we will only accept reservations from those who agree to all of the following, which may result in complaints from neighbors. No parties, drinking parties, or banquets No smoking in the room, building, or surrounding areas (except in designated smoking areas) Prohibition of disturbances to neighbors No noise (please be quiet after 9 pm) No visitors other than guests are allowed in the accommodation If we can confirm any of the above violations, we will charge a fine of 100,000 yen.
