Charming village house

Ideal for a quiet holiday, this stone house located in the heart of the peaceful hamlet of Sinzelles has a spacious plot with a garden table. The area is full of mushroom spots (in season), hiking trails, bike paths or just for walking. 5 minutes from the first beaches of Lake Naussac or the Allier River and 13 km from Langogne, many activities are offered nearby (water sports, scooters, sport fishing, tree climbing, etc.) The space On the ground floor you will find a living/dining/kitchen area that opens onto a small veranda. There is also a toilet and laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, in addition to a bathroom/WC, there are 3 bedrooms with 1 bed of 90, 2 beds of 90 and two beds of 80 that can be joined together for a couple. The house is equipped with a wood-burning stove (supplied) that is supplemented, if necessary, by electric radiators. A large garage can accommodate 2 vehicles, or your boat (for fishermen on the lake). Outside, garden furniture and deck chairs are at your disposal. Other things to note The accommodation is open year-round. We are pet friendly. Sheets can be provided on request at a price of 10 euros/bed.
