Superior apartments - 60 m2 comfortable apartments for 2 people with a sensational view of the city. One of the apartments in the category will be assigned according to the description. The space * bathroom with shower or bathtub * towels * hair dryer * air conditioning * flat-screen TV * fridge * living room with kitchenette * dining area * oven * kitchen utensils * electric kettle * soap * toilet paper * seating area * iron * trash cans * bedding * cooktop * wine and champagne glasses Guest access Our guests have access to their floor, the parking lot which is on the +3 floor and the lobby on the 0 floor. Parking is available on site, subject to an additional fee. Numerous bus and tram lines right next to the Sky Tower. Other things to note ——LEASE AGREEMENT———   1. Check-in from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Leaving the rented premises should take place no later than 11:00 a.m. 2. The premises are rented for residential purposes. Renting for other purposes (advertisements, music videos, photo sessions, films) only after prior determination of the terms of the lease and the price. Failure to comply with the above prohibition results in a fine of PLN 3,500 being imposed on the tenant. 3. The tenant is responsible for the actions and omissions of persons staying in the premises with the tenant. 4. After check-in, the tenant is obliged to report any damage found in the apartment that is not caused by the tenant. The report should be made with photographic evidence of the damage and sent to the e-mail address: [email protected] If no damage is reported after check-in by the tenant, the tenant agrees that he/she has received the premises in very good condition without any damage or destruction and the signed contract constitutes a handover protocol of the rented premises. 5. In the event of deterioration, damage, destruction of the subject of the lease or common parts of the building caused by the tenant, the landlord collects funds from the card provided at the time of booking or deposit to cover the costs of repairs caused by the tenant, to which the tenant agrees. 6. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED in the rented premises and in the entire building. Failure to comply with the above prohibition results in the imposition of a fine on the tenant in the amount of PLN 1,000. 7. There is a quiet night in the building between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. In the event of a breach of the night silence by the tenant, the tenant will be obliged to cover the costs of any intervention of the called services and the loss of the deposit. 8. Only persons included in the reservation may stay in the rented premises. Any events, meetings, above the number of guests included in the reservation are prohibited. Failure to comply with the above prohibition results in a deduction of PLN 1,000 from the deposit. The tenant agrees to charge the credit card provided at the time of booking or when paying the deposit only in the event of damage to the apartment, damage caused by the tenant during the stay or failure to comply with the rental agreement. 9. In the event of a suspected breach of this agreement or a suspected crime or offense, the landlord has the right to enter the premises at any time. 10. The Lessor may terminate the Agreement immediately in the event of a breach by the Lessee of the provisions of this Agreement, and in particular if the Lessee and/or persons accompanying the Lessee: - use the subject of the lease in a manner inconsistent with the agreement, - destroy the subject of the lease or its equipment, cause deterioration of its condition or its equipment beyond normal wear and tear, - disturb the peace and order of other apartments in the facility. 11. Guests under the influence of alcohol or other substances will not be checked in and the cost of the reservation will not be refunded. 12. Items left in the apartment after check-out must be collected in person within 7 days of check-out, otherwise they will be disposed of. 13. A deposit of PLN 500 is required at check-in. Payment is made with the tenant's physical credit/debit card. Maestro and Revolut cards are not accepted for deposit blocking. The entire deposit will be unlocked from the credit card after checking the condition of the property on the day of check-out and if the tenant has complied with all the terms of the lease agreement. Refunds may take up to 14 days from check-out depending on the pre-authorization procedures at the cardholder's bank. 14. The minimum age of the person checking in is 18 years. 15. NO pets allowed in the apartments. Failure to comply may result in the loss of the deposit. 16. The use of wax candles is strictly PROHIBITED.   ADDITIONAL FEES:   1. Parking: PLN 100 per day.  Travel cot: 80 PLN per use 2. Late check-out is possible until 12:00 noon for an additional fee of PLN 200. Failure to check out within the hours specified above will result in a fine in the amount of the fee for the next night's accommodation, which is not equivalent to an extension of the stay. 3. For late check-in between 9:00pm - 11:00pm, an additional fee of 100 PLN is charged. Late check-in must be agreed with the staff and must be confirmed prior to arrival.  Check-in after 11:00 p.m. is not possible.
