There is also an outside seating area with a lawned garden. Please note the stairs are quite steep! The space The house is on a row of terraces which is quiet and friendly opposite Tesco’s. 5 minutes walk into the town centre and 10 minutes walk to the train station. It has been generously modernised and purposefully fitted throughout for one or 2 couples or families, the perfect base to explore Lincolnshire. The house features an open kitchen dining area fully equipped with everything you need for 5 people including a 6 seater oak table. The living room has 2 comfortable sofa’s, electric fire and 43 inch smart television. On the first floor the master bedroom with en-suite has a king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2 bedroom chairs and television. There is also a family bathroom with a bath and shower.
