You can fully embrace the serene environment by taking boat or pontoon out on the lake, enjoying leisurely fishing, or simply appreciating the peacefulness of the water. Additionally, the cabin site provides an ideal space for hosting parties or picnics, creating memorable moments amidst the beautiful natural surroundings. The space This is a new renovated and comfortable cabin in a 5 acres cottage site with 500 feet waterfront along Rice Lake. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, living room, and kitchen with basic kitchen wares. There are 2 queens, 2 bunkers, and 2 sofa beds. Small kids playground, outdoor swimming pool, and mini zip-line on cabin site. Colorful dock provides access to go fishing and boating on lake. Blue Gill, Sunfish, Yellow Peach, Bass, Muskie, and Walleye in Rice Lake might become your delicious meal if you fish here. Other things to note 1. Early check-in should be confirmed by host. 2. Pets are allowed at per pet $25 for up to 3 days. $50 4-6 days , $100 up to 2 weeks, and $200 up to a month. Please clean your pet’s poop. Dogs should be leashed all the time in public areas. 3. Please be aware that there are 2 queens, 2 bunkers, and 1 sofa bed for maximum 10 people in the cottage. No extra people is not allowed anymore. 4. Rental Propane BBQ is available @ $20/Day. You can get 2 days free if you rent for over 5 days. Please bring your own propane tank. But rental propane tank is available @$60/ per tank. 5. Rental services for inflatable rowing boat canoe, inflatable stand up paddle board, paddle boat, and fishing boat are available. $8/h each up to $40 for inflatable rowing boat canoes and stand up paddle board. $140/12h plus $40/20 liters gas for fishing boat. $35/5h for paddle boat. Due to the quantity limit, first come first served. Please reserve in advance. Fishing boat is for up to 4 people. Guests who having water activities on lake should be aware of all kinds of risks and must wear life jackets or vests all the time. 6. Boarding and disembarking, docking, and parking trailers are all charged at $25 per day. 7. Due to hygienic concerns, please bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. 8. Bedding ( linens/blankets), towels, tissues, toiletries, cooking utensils, cooking supplies (oil, sauces, and seasonings), and disposable tablecloth, knives, forks, plates, and cups are not provided. Please bring your own. However a bedding set ( 2 pillows with pillow case, bed sheet, blanket, and 2 towels) is available for rent @$20/set. 9. All rental fee and pets fees are paid in cash or e-transfer at site. 10. Please bring bug spray and sunscreen for your skin protection. 11. Fishing on dock is allowed with license only. 12. Outdoor swimming pool has shallow and deep ends. No life guard is provided. Please keep your eyes on your kids all the time. 13. All facilities and amenities are unsupervised. It’s your own responsibility to supervise your own kids for any activities. 14. Air conditioning is not available. 15. Hot water is heated by electric heater and cannot run very long time. Please schedule your shower time accordingly. 16. Swimming Pool open hours is 10am to 6pm when weather is suitable.
