It has a full kitchen with granite island and sitting area; full bathroom; full-sized washer and dryer; upstairs living room with big-screen TV, sectional couch with a pullout queen-size bed; and bedroom area with 3 full beds. Added bonus...a covered patio with a fireplace and big-screen TV. Plus...it's set in a picturesque backyard surrounded by a beautiful pool and its very own pickleball court! The space Our guest house is situated behind our home in a large backyard surrounded with beautiful gardens, an inground pool and hot tub with a waterfall and sport court with basketball hoops and pickleball lines and a net. The pool, hot tub and waterfall are not available for use during the stay. Guest access Guests may park in the street in front of the main house. To get to the guest house in the back of the main house, go through the metal gate to the left of the garage door and walk along the sidewalk straight back to the guest house. Enter through the door on the right of the house facing the pool. You the keypad to enter the access code. Other things to note Our guest house is located behind our home in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of noise levels, particularly at night. Do not play pickleball past 9pm since it is loud and disruptive to our neighbors.
