PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Welcome to The Loft by Niah, a minimalist loft-style sanctuary located at Megatower 3, right in the heart of Baguio City. We are just a 2-3 minute walk from the city center, offering you the ultimate convenience for your getaway. The space Megatower Residences 3 Other things to note 🏠 THE SPACE Our unit is located on the Ground Floor, providing easy access for guests with luggage/wheelchair as you are on the same level as the lobby and front desk. BEDROOM (LOFT AREA): - 2 Double-sized beds. For 5–8 guests, we provide extra folding mattresses, pillows, blankets, and towels. - No air conditioner (unnecessary in the Baguio breeze!), but electric fans are provided. - Storage: Cabinet and clothes rack. - Night lamp, side table and extension cord provided. PRIVATE KITCHENETTE: - Electric stove, microwave, rice cooker, and electric kettle. - Dining: Plates, mugs, glasses, and basic kitchen utensils. - Cleaning: Dishwashing liquid, sponge, and hand soap. Note: For safety, please do not leave the stove unattended. PRIVATE BATHROOM: - Shower with heater. - Essentials: Shampoo, body wash, tissue, and 1 fresh towel per guest. Note: This unit currently has no bidet due to original layout/management restrictions. LIVING & DINING AREA: - Connectivity: High-speed Wi-Fi and with phone signal. - Dining: Table and chairs for your meals. - Minibar: Available for your convenience (additional charges apply). 📍 THE LOCATION 2–3 mins walk: Session Road & Baguio Cathedral 3–5 mins walk: SM City Baguio & Bus Stations (Victory Liner/JoyBus) 8 mins walk: Burnham Park, Public Market, & Night Market 10 mins ride: Wright Park, Mines View, & The Mansion 📋 BOOKING GUIDELINES & HOUSE RULES 1. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards. Check-out: On or before 11:00 AM. Early/Late Requests: Subject to availability for a fee of ₱200 per hour. If the unit is fully booked, the 11:00 AM check-out is strictly enforced to allow for cleaning. 2. GUEST CAPACITY: Standard Capacity: 4 guests. Maximum Capacity: 8 guests (strictly). Please declare the correct number of guests upon booking so the nightly rate is adjusted correctly. Only registered guests are allowed inside the unit. Unregistered visitors will result in penalties. 3. PARKING (Basement): - Rate: ₱350 per night (Reservation is required). - Terms: Slots are first-come, first-served. Payment must be made in full to secure the spot. 4. STRICT POLICIES - No Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside the unit and on the balcony. - No Pets: Building management strictly prohibits pets in Megatower 3. - Noise Curfew: Please keep noise levels down between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. - House Rules: Any violation of house rules (unregistered guests, smoking, etc.) will incur a ₱1,000 fine. 5. POWER & MAINTENANCE: - Long-Term Stays: For stays of 2 weeks or more, we provide fresh linens and towels every 4 days. - Power Interruptions: The building has a generator, but it is not full-service. Only one light and one socket will function during outages. 6. CANCELLATION & REBOOKING: - Non-Refundable: Please ensure your dates are final before booking. Reservation fees are non-refundable. - No Date Changes: Once a date is held for you, we can no longer entertain other inquiries for those dates. Changes made after confirmation will not affect the original payment terms.
