Ideally located 5 km from the beaches, close to shops, it will offer you a nice little cocoon to enjoy the French Riviera with its central location and close access to the mythical Nationale 7 and the Provençale. The space Mitoyen of our villa, but totally independent, this small cocoon offers you a large living room with equipped kitchen, TV, shower room, dressing room and a sleeping area. In front of the studio, a large terrace, with garden furniture, will allow you to have a pot or your meals in the sun. We can provide on request linen (sheets, hand towel, towel) for a flat rate of €10. For parking, we are in a residential and dead end area, so no worries about parking in front of the property.
