This spacious shop will feature a kitchenette and will comfortably seat up to 150 guests. Whether you’re hosting a wedding, corporate event, or large family celebration, this venue will be equipped with tables and chairs provided at no extra cost. It’s the perfect setting for larger gatherings, offering flexibility and convenience for your special occasion. Other things to note Event & Gathering Policy: All events, parties, or gatherings require advance approval and an additional fee. Hosting an unapproved event will result in immediate cancellation, a fee, and notification to Airbnb. Upcoming Venue: A new 40x60 event venue with kitchenette and seating for up to 150 guests will be available starting March 2026. Tables and chairs included at no extra cost. Trash Policy: Please use designated bins. Up to 8 trash bags are included per reservation; extra bags are $8 each. Excess trash requiring special pickup will incur an additional fee. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside. Evidence of smoking (cigarette/cigar butts) will result in a cleaning fee and notification to Airbnb. Noise & Music: No loud music unless you have paid the event fee. Please respect quiet hours and our neighbors. Guest Limit: Only registered guests allowed on the property. No unregistered overnight guests. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome! There is a $50 fee per pet per stay. Parking: Please park only in designated areas and do not block driveways. Check-In/Check-Out: Please respect check-in and check-out times. Late check-outs may incur a fee. Security: For your safety, always lock doors and windows when leaving the property. Lost Keys: Lost keys will incur a replacement fee.
