KITCHENS: We have the cute fully-equipped kitchen with quartz countertops both on the ground floor and rooftop. Rooftop Terrace at Julie Anne’s Guesthouse where UNLIMITED BILLIARDS PLAYING for FREE and KARAOKE for FREE Until 9:00 pm ONLY: We also have the rooftop terrace available which is the stairway to endless fun and entertainment like billiards, karaoke, board games, etc. NOTE: We don’t put any drinks on the sides of the pool table to avoid spillage on billiard cloth. The rooftop is also complete with a solid wood multi-purpose table, bar and chairs, small kitchen with quartz countertop, refrigerator, electric stove, cookware, microwave, washing machine, etc. Star Wars Collection Display on the 3RD FLOOR as Added Perk: Julie Anne and her entire family are the avid fans of Star Wars. We proudly displayed her nephews’ impressive Star Wars and Lego Star Wars which they received as their presents and collected them for the enjoyment and fun of it. Balconies on the 2ND FLOOR and 3RD FLOOR Enjoy the balconies bathed in brilliant sunshine in the morning or sit back and unwind after a long day as the sun descends next to the bedrooms in our cozy, roomy and sophisticated space on 2nd floor and 3rd floor. Another Luxurious Perks and Amenities: You have the Entire House for a Privacy and NO Other Guests Booked to Share with. Hotel-Like COMFORT BEDS and SONY BRAVIA TV EACH BEDROOM: We have these two hotel-like comfort queen sized beds and one double bed plus two floor mattresses for extra persons with A/C, a 43-inch Sony Bravia 4k HDR TV with Netflix/Disney, a wardrobe cabinet and a dresser in each bedroom. There are also 2 comfortable twin beds in another bedroom on 2nd floor with a 43-inch Sony Bravia 4K HDR TV with Netflix/Disney, A/C, a big wardrobe and a dresser. ENSUITE BATHROOM Each of the 4 Bedrooms Each bedroom has its OWN bathroom (en suite) with a bidet, hot shower and towels. The complementary toiletries like shampoo and conditioner, body soap/gel and tissue are included. PANASONIC Water Heater Shower in Each of the 4 Ensuite Bathrooms One Half Bathroom on the Ground Floor and One Half Bathroom on the Rooftop Access to Standard Size Lap Pool and Huge Kiddie Pool Soak UP the Sun while you Lay by the Pool. The guesthouse is just 3 minutes walk to the private swimming pools in a separate property that are open from 9:00 am till 9:00 pm except Thursdays, holidays and weekends. The swimming pools are well-maintained and regularly being cleaned every Thursday. There is php 200.00 fee per day each person. Please let us know in advance if you’re interested, so we can pay the building administration for you before logging in at the lobby. Access to Reception Lobby that Sets the Tone for Style and Comfort This is by the swimming pool in a separate property. If you want the outdoor ambiance with breeze and natural light, don’t miss to enjoy this feature. Access to Roof Deck A large roof deck on 50-storey building where you can enjoy the unobstructed breathtaking 360-degree view of the city. Not only that, the roof deck also serves as the sky lounge for your relaxation. Anyone interested to explore the rooftop in a separate property, you may inform us in advance to guide you as there is particular elevator to take to go up there. FREE Private Parking On-site 1 car can park in the garage. Unlimited Wi-fi Access - 400mbps Door Lock for Each Bedroom Fresh and Clean Bed Linens We change and sanitize beddings/linens for every guest and served up with cleanliness and comfort. Check-in: 2:00 pm onwards Check-out: 11:00 am Check-in and Checkout Instructions 1. AJ, my co-host will be there to greet you when you check in, give you a tour of the house and hand over the house key. He can help if in case you need transit/walking/driving directions. 2. Self-checkout AJ will show you how to lock the door when you check in. You may leave the house key on the table when you check out. Kindly notify us of what time you will be checking out just in case you decide to leave earlier than 11:00 am, the standard checkout time. There is an extra payment if in case no other guests to check in next, and you randomly decide to extend your stay for additional hours after 11:00 am checkout standard time. Please note that certain areas or amenities may be shared with other guests and family like the swimming pools, lobby and roof deck that are in a separate property. We kindly ask that guests respect common areas and keep them clean and tidy during their stay. Clear instructions on entry, Wi-fi access, and other house rules will be provided in your check-in. We’ve thought of everything to ensure you have a safe, enjoyable and comfortable stay in our guesthouse which is our priority.
