House 3C is located in a closed village, with 8 individual units, with monitoring cameras and access by electronic gate and pedestrian gate with electronic lock. It is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, with easy access to the main highways to access the city and amenities, such as a gym, emporium and supermarket. It is also a few kilometers from the Center. The space The houses of Vila Maju are newly built properties (the works were completed in March 2024) and offer a cozy, functional and well-equipped space. The atmosphere is quiet and perfect for rest or work. The Egyptian Cotton House (3C) offers: - Bedroom: 1 Queen size bed, planned closet and air conditioner. - Bathroom: Hot water shower and hair dryer. We also offer: personal soap, toilet paper and bath towels (according to the quantity of guests). - Room: 1 double sofa bed, table with chairs (for home office and meals), Smart TV (with local antenna and Samsung free channels), fan and Wi-Fi internet router. - Kitchen/laundry: planned cabinet, electric 2 burner range, fridge, filter attached to the tap, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, air fryer, basic utensils (glasses, dishes, cutlery and pans), tank and washing machine for up to 8.5 kg. - Individual garage, for a car. Guest access Guests will have access to the reserved unit and the shared-use area. The entrance to the Village is by pedestrian gate, with digital lock, with access code, and gate for vehicles with remote control. Each house has an individual digital lock. Note: No visitors are allowed in the Village. Other things to note ABOUT THE USE OF THE INTERNAL SPACE - Cleaning material: detergent, dishwashing bushing and disinfectant. - Food: water (filter adapted on tap), sugar, coffee and cooking salt. - Voltage: 110v - Electric shower heated by boiler. Pay attention to the information of use made available in the bathroom. - Wi-Fi: information for access available in the house. - Laundry: washing machine (up to 8.5 kg). - Electronic gatehouse (the password will be made available after the booking is confirmed). RULES AND RESTRICTIONS - No smoking inside the accommodation. However, it is allowed in the open area, for common use. - Access to the property is only allowed for visitors informed in the reservation. - The quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. - No pets allowed.
