The Green Room

Welcome to the Green Room Nestled on the edge of Brighton amidst the picturesque South Downs, the Green Room has stunning views of the South Downs National Park. It is just a 20 minute bus ride or cycle into Vibrant Brighton and its glorious seafront. The Annex has its own entrance and is fully equipped with everything you’ll need The Annex is part of our family home and although it’s a private space, you will be able to hear kids and dogs playing in the garden below your decking at times The space The annex is attached to the house but has its own front door and small decking space above our garden. Inside is one studio room with bed, sofa and kitchenette. There is an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Outside is a small private decking which is attached to our deck and overlooks our garden Guest access You share the steps down to the property but have your own front door next to ours. Out back you have a small decking space which is separate but adjoining the decking of the main house
