The Beachy Bungalow is a cute, clean, and cold 1BR 1BA central to all that Rincon has to offer. 🚶Located between the plaza and the marina, you can walk to coffee, breakfast, or organic food on your way to surf or snorkel in crystalline warm water. While not on the beach, it's ideal for a single person or a couple wanting something centrally located to all Rincon has to offer. 🏝️ It's in a garden setting, on a quiet street just up from "Road to Happiness" Route 413 that leads to the best beaches in Rincon. 🚶Guests can easily walk to beaches at the Balneario or the Marina and enjoy snorkeling, sunning and swimming at both, or even surf fast hollow waves when the swell is right. 🏡 Perfect for a no-hassle vacation, this apartment features a gated, walled yard, private entrance, a remodeled bathroom and a brand new kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, coffeepot, blender, microwave and all the pots, pans, kitchen gadgets, dishes and silverware you'll need. 💦 We are sensibly environmentally conscious, so we collect rainwater and we've installed reverse osmosis water filters at all our guest accommodations: you don't have to lug expensive, heavy pallets of water in 32 individual plastic bottles. Plus ours tastes better than bottled. 🔋Most importantly for a stress-free vacation, this property is powered by a full solar generating system with Tesla Powerwall battery backup, and has rainwater collection and storage and a backup pump. If the power or water goes out, you'll probably not notice. 😎 The unit is furnished with a queen bed in a cool quiet room behind blackout curtains that tame the Puerto Rican sun. The bedroom has a ceiling fan to move air, and a powerful mini-split AC in the main room. The Bungalow also has a small yard with patio and chairs for relaxing in the evening while listening to the coqui frogs sing. 🌺 The Bungalow is in a garden setting with lovely plumeria and heliconia. If you get sunburned; we have a mature aloe vera plant as well. Just remember to let the latex (orange liquid) drain out first. ♨️ The water pressure is great, and we have a solar hot water heater that, while saving the planet, gets hot enough to scald so please be aware. High speed WiFi is freely available. The Beach Bungalow is comfortable, peaceful, safe and secure, and a perfect retreat after a day charging waves, exploring the town, or just relaxing at the beach. Guest access 🧺 Towels and linens are of course provided. 🛜 Bring your laptop or tablet. The house has free 20 meg wifi for your convenience. There is a Roku TV on which you can log into your favorite streaming platforms, or enjoy the free entertainment provided. 🤿 Guests often leave beach gear which is provided for your exclusive access on the patio. It often includes snorkel gear, coolers, chairs, though is not guaranteed, as it rotates depending on what recent guests have left behind, or recently broken. Feel free to use, and contribute for future guests! Please just rinse and return when done. Other things to note 🏄‍♂️ Many people come here for the surf, which is world-class. The Bungalow is located less than two miles from Domes, with Maria's, Pistons, Dogman's, Tres Palmas and Steps even closer. 🤿 Steps is a terrific place to hang out and snorkel, and there are terrific scuba diving charters that run to Desecheo and Mona islands. You can find those at the marina just a half-mile away. 🍻 Downtown, with bars, restaurants, shops and a brewery is less than a mile away. Everyone comes out for the Art Walk in the town square on Thursday nights, and for the Farmers Market on Sunday in the same location.
