The TwoFold is a cozy 1 bedroom/1 bathroom 825 sqft private duplex unit from 1940 centrally located in a quiet east Dallas area called Bryan Place which is right next to Downtown, Deep Ellum, Lower Greenville, Uptown, State Thomas, Knox-Henderson, Baylor Medical District, and the Arts District. Lots of TLC has been given to this home with the aim of sharing all its character from the ages whilst providing an intimate stay for two. The space This property caters to stays for couples, business, or medical. This is definitely not a property for a party weekend in Dallas. 1 to 2 positive reviews from previous Airbnb stays will be required to book this property. Guests on the property are not to exceed 2 total at all times which means dinners and gatherings at this property are limited to 2 guests total. We are no longer accepting reservations with pets given a number of guests left their pet alone for extended periods and the pet continued to bark which disturbed the duplex neighbor. We are open to considering reservations with service animals however we do ask that your service animal not be left unattended for extended periods and if left unattended the service animal cannot disturb the duplex neighbor. Guest access Bryan Place neighborhood has several restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance along with downtown and the Arts district. For parking, only one car can park on the property (in front of the gate) so additional cars will need to park on the main street. No access to parking behind the gate.
