Entire room, in an upscale, safe and wooded neighborhood in São José dos Campos, with flexibility in the organization of beds. We have a swimming pool, barbecue, pantry and equipped kitchen, TV room, reading room, fireplace room, service area, garage and other attractions. The space was designed to support people who are tired, exhausted, anxious or in need of care on a daily basis, for mental health recovery. Other things to note The entire house is very comfortable and cozy! The pool can be used by guests. Children can have access to all shared spaces, provided they are supervised and with the due care of those responsible, both for the safety of the little ones and for the care and integrity of the available resources. The pool is 1.30 m deep throughout its length. Buoys and water toys can be borrowed for use, as well as barbecue items, which must remain exclusively in the barbecue area and be sanitized after use. In the kitchen we provide bowls, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery, boards and other household utensils. We kindly ask that kitchen items and food NOT be taken to the living rooms and bedrooms, to preserve these environments, avoiding accidents and unwanted damage. There is also a stove, duplex refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, air fryer, blender, fruit juicer, sandwich maker and coffee maker for guests to use. The suite has a ceiling fan, support shelves, blankets, bedding, pillows, bath towels, toilet paper, basic hygiene kit and emergency flashlight. A hair dryer, first aid kit, ironing board, iron, and extra mattresses can be provided upon request. There is a parking space in the garage, with an electronic gate entrance. Access to the service area and use of the washing machine is free, and washing materials must be provided by the guests themselves. Wi-Fi is free to use and works in all rooms of the house's rooms. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED, AND VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
