The floors are made out of marble. It is a luxurious conference room. Additionally, there are 3 executive personal offices fully furnished in a very professional fashion. There is a fully furnished kitchen with stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, pots, pans, and dishes with big screen TV. Downstairs is a fully furnished bedroom for a couple with a full bathroom, sitting area, coffee station, and big screen TV. Guest access Client and guest will be provided with code for access to entry gate, office and bedroom apartment. Other things to note The premises include an indoor elevator as well as a staircase.
