Simple apartment for a good stay! At Thermas Paradise, leisure is complete! In addition to all internal structure and heated swimming pools, the condominium has access to the river of thermal waters that cut through the city providing a warm, relaxing and natural bath! It will be surrounded by exuberant nature and also close to all commerce of the city including it is possible to walk to Hot Park, Praia do Cerrado and Parque das Fontes! The space One-bedroom apartment on the first floor overlooking the river and swimming pools with easy access by elevator and stairs. The bedroom has a double and single bed and in the living room a spacious and comfortable sofa bed, the kitchen has utensils for preparing and consuming meals and there is also a refrigerator, microwave, TV and air conditioning in the living room and bedroom that leave the environment well equipped for your stay! Guest access Enjoy the entire structure with heated pools and a hot spring river! Our guests will also have at their disposal a playground, game room, sauna, sand court, gym, heated hot tub and wet bar serving drinks and snacks at affordable prices! Are you going to visit Hot Park, Cerrado Beach or Fountains Park? It is less than a 10-minute walk, and on the way you can have a delicious breakfast as you pass by the city's main shopping street with bakeries, restaurants, markets, pharmacies, shops and a food fair! Other things to note Bed and bath linens will need to be brought, but if you prefer, we have partners who offer the complete set for rent, just ask us! Check-in fees (paid at reception): Parking: R$35.00/day. Optional service and subject to availability. Bracelet/cost: R$10.00 per person/day. Children up to 11 years old do not pay. Tickets for Hot Park and Parque das Fontes are purchased through the club's website or ticket office. The internet service is offered by the condominium and may vary according to occupancy.
