It is located in a quiet up-and-coming walkable area called the Incline :) The home is within walking distance to an amazing local coffee shop, a few yummy restaurants with city views, and a small park with views also! Easy access to all things in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky areas! The space The house is in a very central location! ~5 Minutes Walking: The walkable and quiet Incline neighborhood with restaurants like the notable Primavista, Incline Public House, and BLOC Coffee! ~5 Minutes Driving: Downtown Cincinnati, ICON music stadium, the Reds Ballpark, Bengals Stadium, FC Cincinnati Stadium, the restaurants and nightlife at The Banks, restaurants & fun of the OTR! ~10-15 Minutes Driving: Newport KY, Covington KY, University of Cincinnati, Xavier University, Northern Kentucky University, Hyde Park, Walnut Hills, Findlay Market ~15-20 Minutes Driving: the CVG airport, Creation Museum/Ark This unique house has two skylights, two balconies facing the city, a fully stocked kitchen, fast WiFi, a book nook, four smart TVs & so much more! 1st floor: Living room--Large sectional and smart TV! Kitchen--Fully stocked and includes a Keurig with complementary K-cups, tea bags, sweetener, and a few complimentary water bottles, window with view of downtown. Dining space—with board games! Includes an additional refrigerator, bar area! Half Bathroom Large balcony—facing the city! Desk and sitting area 2nd floor: Master Bedroom—King bed! Smart TV, private bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, & body wash, blackout curtains, and a private balcony! Second Bedroom—Queen bed! Third Bedroom—2 Full beds! Full Bathroom— with shampoo, conditioner, & body wash! Washer and Dryer! 3rd floor: Fourth Bedroom—Queen bed! Book Nook with chairs and reading options! Loft with 2 Full beds (one of the full beds is a day bed) 2 yoga mats, small free weights, & a foam roller Sky Light with city view Chess board and sitting area Smart TV Guest access Self check-in with a keypad lock for an easy check-in! Guests will be provided with the access code to the front door prior to check-in. There is plenty of street parking! It is very easy to find parking as this is a quiet street. There is also a nearby parking garage. Other things to note **There is a separate one-bedroom unit below which also serves as a full-time short-term rental. The separate rental unit below uses a separate/private entrance down the stairs on the side of the house. We ask that you be respectful with your noise levels.** Please be respectful of the neighborhood as this is a quiet street. *If you have a larger group and are interested in renting the home with access to the apartment underneath as well, feel free to ask! We also have access to the house next door and are open to working with larger groups.
