Casa Bellavista is our farmhouse open to those travellers that are looking for an authentic experience Very close to Buenos Aires, we invite you to travel back in time and connect with nature in a beautiful town, 20 kilometres away from San Antonio de Areco. The space The house was built in 1928 by Mariano Ustáriz, who bought from Ms Lía de las Carreras the lands that nowadays are Villa Lía. The offices of Ustáriz & Company used to be in the corner where this house is situated, which divided the lands and put them to sale, creating the town. Ustáriz also donated the lands for the Main Square and the San Jose chapel that was built in 1929, and was named after his late son. Because of its historical and architectural value, the house was declared “Meaningful Place” in 2006. Guest access The house is divided in two groups of bright and spacious interconnected rooms that lead to a gallery. The tall roofs, fans and swimming pool, makes it cool in summer and it renews it’s charm with a fireplace in winter. Other things to note Accommodation in bright and spacious rooms with fans.
