Shepherds Hut in Hampshire with Hot Tub

Kilda is a beautiful Shepherds Hut nestled in its own private paddock with a hot tub. Situated in the idyllic village of Dogmersfield, on the Hampshire/Surrey border surrounded by beautiful countryside, close to the Basingstoke Canal, offering access to outdoor spaces ideal for walking, cycling, paddling boarding, fishing or just relaxing. The village pub is located at the end of the drive serving food and drinks. A short 40-minute train journey from London, this is the ultimate rural escape. The space The Shepherds Hut offers modern self-catering accommodation for up to two people, the facilities include:  Double bed (4ft 6” – queen size)  Ensuite with full size shower and toilet  Kitchen with 2 ring induction hob, fridge, mini oven/air fryer with grill, and kettle  Log burner (complimentary logs and fire lighters provided)  Indoor dining table and chairs Outside you’ll overlook the paddock, local wildlife and often livestock while enjoying the following facilities:  Fire pit with lounge chairs  Outdoor dining table and chairs  Wood fired hot tub (additional £25 per stay) The facilities include the following essentials for use during your stay:  Pots, pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, and utensils  Bed linen, bath towels, and additional blankets (for colder nights)  Hairdryer  Tea, coffee, and sugar  Welcome breakfast basket including fresh eggs, bread, butter, milk and variety of cereals  Wi-Fi *Note: We’re unable to accept pets as we often have livestock on site. Minimum stay is 2 nights, however we will consider 1 night stays on a case by case basis. Any 1 night stays will require a cleaning payment of £20. Other things to note Kilda is situated in the idyllic village of Dogmersfield, on the Hampshire/Surrey border surrounded by beautiful countryside. The pretty village of Dogmersfield is within easy access of other character villages such as Crookham Village, Crondall, Hartley Wintney and Odiham. The local market town of Farnham and the busy commuter town of Fleet are also close by, both have an extensive range of shops, bars, cafes and leisure facilities. Fleet mainline railway station is less than a 10-minute drive with trains to London Waterloo from 40 minutes. The M3 Motorway is also within easy access providing easy travel to Ascot, Windsor, and West London by car.
