Fishing enthusiasts will delight in easy access to Tarryall Reservoir or the ‘Trout Fishing Capital of Colorado’ in Fairplay! When you’re ready to relax, enjoy quiet evenings in watching movies or star-gazing from the deck! The space This 3,188 square foot home lies in the remote wilderness of Colorado in between Jefferson and Como. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for everyone. Two living spaces and large kitchen also make this home perfect for entertaining. Relax in the evenings on the deck, star gazing or outdoor dining. Enjoy a book, board game, or movie in the cozy living room upstairs. The master suite downstairs has a queen bed and separate sitting area, with large windows to watch the sunrise. The master bathroom has a luxurious walk-in, two-person shower! Three upstairs bedrooms have queen beds, plenty of room for storage, and more incredible views of the mountains! The downstairs den provides more seating, games, and a dartboard! This home is also equipped with a pack n’play, high chair, baby gate, children’s books, and children’s kitchenware. Hospitality bundles are also available for purchase for your celebrations! Or even a grocery haul for your convenience. Other things to note Please note that the last 10 miles of road to the property are unpaved, but well maintained. The driveway is also an unpaved incline, therefore an AWD or 4WD vehicle is highly recommended. Coffee and tea are provided. The closest grocery store and gas station are about 30 minutes away in FairPlay. Please keep this in mind for your stay! Conifer and Bailey are along 285 heading to our home from Denver. These would be convenient options that offer many amenities. CAUTION: Predators are a constant risk in this area of the Rockies. Bring pets at your own risk. Please do not leave any garbage or food outside, and place all trash in the bear bins provided. Close all doors and windows when leaving the home. Altitude sickness is also possible for those guests not from the area. The home is at 10,000 ft elevation. Please consult your doctor before traveling. Stay hydrated, avoid alcohol, and avoid heavy exercise.
