The space Welcome to your "home away from home"! I'm thrilled to offer you a cozy, comfortable space that balances the best of both worlds: The privacy you need with the warmth of a lived-in home. I do occupy this home every other week, so you might notice some personal touches, like clothes in the closet or food in the pantry, among other signs of every-day life. Feel free to help yourself to any food or beverages you find. Toiletries and laundry detergent alike—if it’s available, feel free to use it. If it’s not available, you’re only a mile away from Kroger Grocery, Walgreens, or Dollar General among other retailers! You will also be only a mile from major healthcare facilities, retail stores, dining options, and entertainment. Whether you're here for work, a visit, or just to explore, this location is unbeatable and makes it easy to get around and enjoy everything the area has to offer. While I do my best to keep personal items packed away, you will notice this is a lived-in space. One of the reasons I can offer such a great rate is because of these lived-in elements! I hope you find it as inviting and convenient as I do, and I look forward to hosting you! Guest access Two bedrooms (one king size bed on ground level & the other a queen size bed on 2nd floor) and two and one-half full bathrooms are all guest accessible. The living room, the dining room and the kitchen are blended on ground level while the laundry room is up. Guests can enjoy the fenced in backyard and community pool as well! Other things to note *Plz note, back yard is now fully fenced in with pergola over the patio. Community pool access provided via pool key card. Only one key card exists. If the pool key card is not in the designated space in the caddy on the wall in the entryway upon guest checkout a a fifty dollar ($50.00) fee will be assessed immediately to purchase another key for the next guest. The HOA will deactivate the missing key and issue a new one and the fee is a non-refundable $50.00.
