The Giuliva apartment enjoys lake and mountain views and is ideal for two people, but, on request, it is possible to add a third bed. It is 200 meters from the main services, 50 meters from the Fornaci port and the lakeside promenade. The space The Giuliva apartment consists of a kitchen equipped with dishes, pots, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, air fryer, 4-burner gas stove and electric oven, refrigerator and freezer, iron and ironing board. Bedroom with double bed and closet. Bathroom with comfortable shower and hairdryer. The location is very convenient for restaurants, pizzerias, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy, coin-operated laundry, Verona-Brescia bus line stops, free buses to Gardaland and CanevaWorld amusement parks, sports facilities, train station, hospital, boats for touring the lake, bike paths, and wineries. Guest access Located on the second floor accessible by an internal spiral staircase of 13 steps, not very easy if you have large luggage and not suitable for those with mobility issues. The apartment is at the guests' complete disposal. For those arriving by car, there is free parking in the immediate vicinity. Other things to note The Municipality of Peschiera del Garda requires the payment of the tourist tax of €1.50 per person per night, with the exception of children up to 12 years of age.
