Welcome to THE NOOK GuestHouse! This house offers both convenience and an ideal location, situated right next to Yeonnam-dong, one of the most vibrant neighborhoods in Seoul. This area is filled with unique cafes, delicious restaurants, and popular hotspots, all within walking distance of the Gyeongui Line Forest Park and Yeontral Park. This house consists of four floors in total. You can rent the entire property, or you can rent just the 1~2 floors, or the 3~4 floors (including the terrace). The space 1st Floor: Kitchen and dining area for 4 people Comfortable sofa and TV Laundry room 2nd Floor: Bathroom 2 bedrooms (each with a queen bed) The inner bedroom has a large closet 3rd Floor: Bathroom Laundry room Kitchen and dining area for 4 people 1 bedroom (with a queen bed) 4th Floor: 2 comfortable sofa beds (super single, single) TV and projector Terrace: There are tables and 8 chairs prepared on the terrace. For safety reasons, such as the risk of fire incidents, the use of open flames, including barbecues, is strictly prohibited on the terrace. Enjoy a comfortable and pleasant stay at THE NOOK GuestHouse! Other things to note - This is a peaceful residential area. Please be considerate of neighbors by refraining from smoking, excessive noise, and other disturbances. - Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the property, including on the terrace. If caught smoking on the terrace, a penalty of 100,000 KRW will be imposed and you may be asked to vacate immediately. - If caught smoking indoors, a penalty of 1,000,000 KRW (including deep cleaning costs) will be imposed and you will be required to vacate immediately.
