Welcome to the "Cocon du Château", a 2-room apartment of more than 30 m², completely renovated, perfectly nestled in the heart of the hypercenter of Caen, just 20 minutes from the Côte de Nacre. Explore the historic monuments and charming alleys of Caen, or head to the sea to discover the landing beaches. Located on the 1st floor, without an elevator, the apartment offers an exceptional stay, ideal for your getaways in Normandy or for your business stays. The space Welcome to the "Cocon du Château", nestled in the heart of a popular historic street (pedestrian street). This 30 m² apartment will seduce you. In the heart of Caen, everything is within walking distance: shops, restaurants, bars and tourist attractions. You will love the modern and equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, washing machine, oven...) open to a bright living room that has a sofa bed (140/200), perfect for two people. The separate bedroom offers a cozy queen size bed (160/200) for restful nights. The bathroom consists of a shower, and the toilet is separate for more comfort. We provide: - Bed Linen: duvet cover, fitted sheet, pillowcases (1 set per bed and per stay) - 1 bath towel per person - 1 Bath mat per Bathroom - 1 dish towel - 1 roll of paper towels - 1 roll of toilet paper - 1 Sponge - Dish soap - 1 Shower Gel/Shampoo Packet per person - 1 Hand soap - Coffee, Tea and Sugar (1 item per person per stay) * The apartment is located on a pedestrian street and not accessible by car. Other things to note Guests have access to the entire apartment. If you come by car, there is no private parking but you will find the Château parking just a few meters away (Indigo) and parking spaces in the adjacent streets. For guests arriving by public transport, the stop is "Tour Leroy" or "Avenue du Six Juin" (2 min walk from the apartment). The train station is located at the end of the Vendeuvre dock (1.4 km walk) Sheets for the sofa bed are provided only on request, please let us know in advance if you need them.
