House with a small garden in the countryside

Relax or enjoy activities at this peaceful and well-equipped place to stay in the countryside. Close to lakes and mountains. Accommodation located in the center of the village with local shops within walking distance. Train station 5 minutes away. If you like swimming in the lake, you will find Lake Paladru within a 15-minute drive, Lake Aiguebelette, Aix-les-Bains and Annecy (between 30 minutes and 1 hour). Numerous walks (foot or bike) in the surroundings or in the mountain ranges (Chartreuse 30 minutes away). The space This listing is my residence and I offer it for rent when I'm away. For July and August, I prefer weekly rentals. My accommodation is very well equipped and rather cozy and I hope you will feel good there. The garden area offers a beautiful relaxation area, and allows you to spend beautiful summer evenings with barbecue and garden furniture available. The environment is quiet, in the countryside, allowing for walks or bike rides. You can also plan a day trip to the mountains (Chartreuse and Vercors nearby). Just behind the house, there is a children's play area. The basement is large enough to accommodate and store your bulky equipment (e.g. bikes). The area is rich in lakes and hiking trails. Walibi Rhône-Alpes Park is just 30 minutes away. Fitilieu Zoo is 15 minutes away. Voiron is 30 minutes away. Grenoble and Chambéry are 45 minutes away. For Annecy, you need to allow 1 hour on the highway. My neighbors are on site and are available for any questions or requests.
