Seaview Room in Shatti Qurum

My place/apartment has small sea view, beautiful surrounding of high end neighbourhood/Shatti AlQurum. Next to Grand Hyatt, diplomatic& government district. 150 meters from sea where few cafes& restaurants. It has 2 bathrooms, kitchen &living room. Guests will use 1 bedroom (1-2 people max) only. I live in the apartment&use other bedroom. My priority is Good, decent, likeminded people. I will be happy to help them enjoy visiting Oman. Business, Intellectual, series travellers, Hikers & mature The space I am testing this service. I am busy person so I want visitors to understand this. I don't meant o rude or anything but I don't think I can serve people on tight schedules and those who expect to find me available at anytime for them. I am flexible person who traveled a lot and love to help but can't act as a hotel staff to people. Think of it as a friend hosting you, and I will do all what is in my hand and ability to make you comfortable. During your stay I live in the same place so guests would be ok with that and we both respect the privacy of each others. Making friends is nice too. I am ready to help with information about Oman and how to best enjoy the country, I do hiking and as an expat for 4 years I know where to go or to do?
